Quality
Nothing ships that has not been checked.
Our quality system is the reason importers work with us. It governs who produces, what is accepted, how it is recorded and what leaves the country.
- 01
Supplier Selection
Partner units are assessed on raw material source, drying and processing method, capacity stability and willingness to work to a written specification. Only qualified units enter our programme.
- 02
Incoming Inspection
Each incoming lot is checked against the agreed specification — moisture, particle size or dimensional consistency, foreign matter and odour — before acceptance.
- 03
Batch Traceability
Every accepted lot receives a batch reference linking partner unit, production window, inspection record and the container in which it was shipped.
- 04
Quality Verification
Pre-shipment verification confirms that packed goods match the inspected batch, with retained samples and photographic records held against the shipment.
- 05
Export Packaging Control
Packaging is checked for seal integrity, moisture barrier, labelling accuracy and destination-market compliance before stuffing.
- 06
Document Control
Commercial and statutory documentation is prepared, cross-checked against the shipment and released as a complete set to the buyer and their agent.
Principle
We inspect what we ship, not what we hope for.
Because we are not the manufacturer, inspection cannot be a formality — it is our entire contribution to the product. Rejection at origin is cheaper for everyone than a claim at destination.
